I was nominated to the ‘Liebster blog award’ by the lovely Mercy. Thank you so much for nominating me. You should all go check out Mercy’s blog straight after reading this post. Her blog is amazing and everything is so aesthetically pleasing because of her editing skills!
I thought it woul be fitting to do a tag right now, as I haven’t had too much time to take any pictures for my blog this week, but I promise, quality content coming your way very soon.
Anyways, these are the rules:
- Thank the person who nominated you
- Provide the rules of the award
- Answer the 11 questions posed by the nominator
- Provide 11 different questions to be answered by your nominees
- Nominate 5-11 blogs
- Give 10 random facts about yourself (optional)
Do you prefer luxury or drugstore make up?
Hmm, I think my answer to this must be both. I do have a thing for quality make up products, which tend to be on the more expensive side. When it comes to make up I find that products often live up to their price, BUT not always. Some fave drugstore brands that I often do like are ex. NYX and IsaDora.
Do you like designer handbags? If you do, what bag is on your wishlist?
I like handbags that fit my style, it doesn’t really matter if they have a designers name on them or not, and therefore most of my bags are just from normal brands. Though there are some designer bags that not even I can resist wanting. I don’t have any specific bags in eyesight right now, but who knows?
What kind of blog post do you find most interesting to read?
I am such a sucker for anything that has to do with fashion and OOTD’s and all that jazz.
What kind of blog post do you find most interesting to write?
Everything, really. My blog is mainly a fashion/beauty blog, but I do like variation and I do love writing, so I think all my posts will be very different from each other. But if I had to choose one thing to write about forever it would have to be fashion and clothing.
If you could meet your younger self, what would you do?
I think I would have told my self to live more and worry less. I was a very shy kid and I tended to overthink and worry too much(I still do to be honest). Luckily I grew out of my shyness and learned to challenge myself socially. But of course mini-me and I would have to have a real talk about fashion and make up, because my younger self did not have a clue.
favourite pick-me-up activities when bad mood strikes?
Having a real cuddle with my dog will probably have to be the no.1 priority when bad mood strikes. Because, seriously, how could this face not make you happy?
What are your blogging goals?
I am blogging because I love having a place where I can express myself in a creative way. When I started blogging my main goal was basically just that someone would read and like my blog, and it seems that a lot of you do, which makes me really happy! My other goal is to have fun and enjoy every piece of it.
Aside from blogging, what do you work as or what are you currently studying?
Right now I am studying psychology at the university, plus I also have a part-time job. Feels like I’m always running around like a busy bee, and it’s hard to find time for everything.
Would you consider being a full time blogger?
I don’t think I would. I already know what my dream job is(not ready to tell you guys yet, though) and I am determined to reach my goal. I think for me, blogging will always be an amazing hobby, but never a job.
If I came to your country, would you like to meet me? If you would, where would you take me to?
Well, yes of course!! Get on the plane right now! On our day in Oslo we would visit the funky hipster-neighbourhood Grünerløkka, wandering amongst thrift shops and cool independent cafees. For lunch you would have to have ‘vaffel’ with ‘brunost'(Basically a waffle with goat cheese on, and no, it is not disgusting, I promiise). Then of course we would have to do all the tourist basics, like walk the Opera roof and wave to the king in his castle and take awkward pictures with his guards. Lastly, a trip through the sculpture park ‘Ekepergparken’ ending with a glass of wine at ‘Ekebergrestauranten’ with the amazing view over the Oslo fjord would be the perfect ending to our Oslo adventures!
One thing you have never told your readers?
I am terrified of spiders.
Hope you guys enjoyed this little tag. I personally found Mercy’s quiestions so interesting and fun to answer. I think I’ll be a little rule breaker and nominate 3 bloggers instead of 5-11, and maybe also do fewer questions. I nominate:
1. What is your most beloved pair of shoes?
2. Describe yourself in 3 words.
3. If you could visit any place in the world, where would you go?
4. What kind of outfits will you be wearing the most this fall?
5. If you could meet one historical person, who would it be?
You do by all means not have to do the tag, but I thought it would just be lovely to draw attention to these three bloggers as I enjoy reading their blogs + they are also superfriendly, so do check out their blogs.
